What is a referral?
A referral is someone who signs up to Kudos via your unique referral link. You can ask your friends and family to be your referrals.
Do you really pay nothing?
You don't have to input any payment info when making your account. If you chose to do a free offer, such as the ones by Intuit and Equifax, you will receive your console for no cost whatsoever. You do not have to pay for shipping either.
Can you sign up with multiple accounts?
You cannot sign up to the referral site more than once as it is against the rules of the site. Do not create more than one account from the same internet connection/household or from a place that uses shared internet connections such as work places and internet cafes. Doing so will mean inability to get your free console.
How long does the free gift take to arrive?
It will take no longer than a week after verifying the legitimacy of your referrals. You will get the ability to track your parcel as it is shipped via UPS.
Will I receive any spam form the referral site?
No, they have a strict no spam policy.
What happens when I get all of the referrals for my gift?
You submit your account to get verified and then you can place your order.
What does it mean when it says my account is being verified?
They are checking to make sure you and your referraks haven't broke any of the T&Cs.
Which is the best offer to complete?
The Intuit and Equifax offers are the most popular offers as they cost nothing. The LittleBidTasty offer is also popular as it doesn't cost much at all, and you can get a chance to win cool prizes. That offer, and Worldwinner offer cost very little, and support paypal.
What does it mean when it says a referral is pending?
It means that the person has started, but hasn't completed an offer. This happens mostly with the LoveFilm offer as it requires renting of a DVD and returning it again.
Someone I know completed an offer but it didn't show up on my account?
Sometimes your offers fail to track properly due to errors done by users. They may include contradicting information used on the referral site and the offer site (such as email address, name, etc.). This does not happen very often, and can be corrected by contacting Kudos Network's Support staff.
What is a support ticket?
If you have any questions or problems that need to be solved (offers not tracking properly, accidentally creating 2 accounts from the same household) simply contact the support staff by creating a support ticket under the "support" tab in the referral site. Within 48 hours, you will receive a reply.
